Le Papillon – Large rustic-style three bedroom gite, sleeps 8. Self-catering
This large, spacious family gite has been extensively renovated, but still retains some of the original barn features, including oak beams, stone walls and feeding troughs. To the front and side of the Papillon gite there are stunning views over the open countryside. And in July and August the property is surrounded by acres of fields, full of beautiful sunflowers.
The Papillon gite has plenty of space so you can bring all the family. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor, both with en suite shower rooms. Then on the ground floor there is a spacious family room, with a double bed and two singles. This room has a separate toilet and a large walk-in shower room with ‘his & hers’ wash basins. All our bedrooms have been recently been re-decorated and we think you will love the new look!
Spacious open plan living
The open plan family living space has comfortable sofas and chairs, a TV with Freeview, and a DVD player, plus dining table and chairs. And the well-equipped kitchen has all mod-cons, including a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter-coffee machine and a dishwasher. There are also plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
There is an iron and ironing board in the gite, and a washing machine is provided for our guests in the utility room in the barn. However, washing powder and fabric softener is not provided.
The outside space is accessed through the double-glazed patio doors, which lead onto a large private garden with two picnic tables, parasols and your own barbecue.

- Communal Games Room with table tennis, pool table, table football. As well stacks of games, puzzles, toys and books for tots and toddlers.
If you are travelling with children, then we also provide a range of baby and toddler essentials. We have travel cots, changing mats, blankets, highchairs, pushchairs and a stair gate. They are available on request and provided free of charge. Let us know what you need when you book to make sure they are available for the length of your stay.
Pets
Small dogs are allowed in the gites, but you must contact us prior to booking for further information. Dogs are not allowed in and around the pool area, or children’s play areas. They are also not allowed on the furniture, or any of the beds, and if you decide to bring your dog with you, then they must not be left in the gites by themselves. We ask for a refundable 50€ deposit to be paid on arrival, in case there is any damage caused by your pets.
Non-Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of the gites or communal areas. It is allowed outside in the garden and courtyard, but please be considerate to our other guests, and especially when there are children nearby.
